In this course, participants will learn how to build, lead and sustain a culture of ownership and accountability. Attendees will learn how to define ownership & accountability, discuss the importance of ownership & accountability, discuss the accountability gap, and discuss strategies to close to gap.

As a registered nurse for 25 years, Amy fulfilled many roles from front-line nurse at a multi-specialty surgery center to regional operations leader supporting over 55 surgery centers along the east coast. Over the course of her career, she served tens of thousands of patients and alongside thousands of teammates and business leaders.
